ProductReview 2019 Winner – Pet Insurance Australia
It’s official, Pet Insurance Australia has done it again! As the Winner of the 2019 ProductReview Award for Pet Insurance.
“We are so honoured to announce that we have been awarded the winner of the 2019 Product Review for Pet Insurance for the second year in a row,” Nadia Crighton from Pet Insurance Australia says. “This is just wonderful as it showcases how we are rated by those who use our service.”
The ProductReview.com.au Annual Awards highlight products and services that have been well regarded by the ProductReview community.
These awards are judged independently and impartially by the ProductReview Editorial and Data Team. As such, these awards cannot be bought, nor be influenced by commercial relationships.
This year, out of more than 800 eligible nominations, we have selected 128 products and services across 79 categories as winners of the ProductReview Awards for 2019. These winners represent the best and most reliable purchasing choices available to Australian consumers in 2018.
“This is such great news for the dedicated team at PIA, who strive daily to ensure that our customers receive the very best for their pets,” Crighton says. “The positive feedback we get from our clients through this platform is a fantastic indication of the quality of service and policies PIA offers.”
Pet Insurance Australia has always prided themselves on the importance of all reviews and the follow up service for clients.
“Reviews are so incredibly important as they allow PIA to understand where we are going right, and where we need to improve,” Crighton says. “At PIA we treat each pet as if it was our own and are very understanding to the needs of pet owners, particularly during times of great sadness and stress during the sickness or injury of a beloved pet.”
To gain this award for the second consecutive year is a good indication that PIA is leading the way with the service and policies they provide.
“Reading the reviews is so heartwarming,” Crighton says. “Many times, passionate pet owners are describing how their pet was saved because they were able to offer top quality specialist treatment, that they may not have been able to without their insurance.”
