How do I make a claim during the 30 day cover period?
Download the special Free 30-day Puppy & Kitten Insurance Cover Claim Form, and follow the straightforward instructions to complete it, sign it and email it to us with all required documentation.
What happens at the end of the Free Cover period?
At the end of the 30 days, you’ll have the option to apply for an everyday PIA pet insurance plan without having to re-sit the Waiting Periods*. This means that any illness conditions that first appeared during the free cover period are unlikely to be considered as a “Pre-existing Condition” (and therefore are likely to be covered by an ongoing everyday PIA policy). To ensure you get these significant benefits when applying for an everyday PIA pet insurance policy you MUST phone one of our friendly call centre agents on 1800 043 552. They’ll help you understand your policy options, help you with your application for everyday PIA cover and ensure continuity of these important benefits for you and your pet.
How do I get in touch with PIA about my 30-day Free Cover policy?
